We ship all over Europe and most of the rest of the world.
If we are not able to ship in your country we will warn you.
How long do I have to wait before I receive my pack?
We ship from the UK with Royal Mail.
The delivery in the UK is fast, takes 1 to 2 working days.
In the rest of Europe takes from 3 to 5 working days, depending on the location.
It can happen that delivery takes longer, it’s not under our control and we can’t be responsible for delays of carrier.
Do I have to pay Custom Tax?
Not in Europe.
We are shipping from Europe so no extra taxi is involved.
You should check with your national custom agency if you leave outside Europe.

RETURN POLICY
What happens if the product is broken or imperfect?
Communicate to E-Cigy.com via e-mail the problem before 7 days from the delivery date.
We will replace the product.
The broken product has to be shipped back to us at the address that we will communicate you via e-mail.
What happens if I’m not totally happy with the product?
You have the right to ask your money back within 7 days from the delivery day.
We will give you your money back with a small retain for the shipping and manage fee.
